研究所简介:

研究所成立于2015年。主要从事信息传输与转换、能源存储等光电材料与器件的研究工作;研究尺度涉及纳米——微米——毫米;致力于解决光电子器件在材料制备、元器件下性能调控中的关键科学技术问题,推动光电子器件在新能源、航空电子、装备监测等领域的进一步应用。近年来,研究所在光电材料与器件领域发表SCI论文100余篇。授权发明专利10余项,实用新型专利10项,在研或完成国家自然科学基金5项,军委装备发展部项目1项,陕西省科技厅项目5项,陕西省教育厅项目2项,国家重点实验室开放课题1项,获陕西省自然科学奖二等奖1项、高等学校科学技术奖二等奖3项。
